If you want to get out of the busy streets of the city and and get a different view, try exploring Antipolo City and be amused. Here's a list of the things that you can do in Antipolo

1 Fill your eyes with art
Alongside Antipolo’s picturesque sceneries, it is also a home for some art galleries and a museum.
Antipolo is the home of the ever-famous Pinto Art Museum. Just an hour from Manila,
you will get to enjoy the Santorini inspired museum filled with different galleries, and each
gallery has its own theme. It exhibits the artwork of different artists in the Philippines and
showcases their different styles. Pinto Art Museum is an art and nature combined which is
definitely an IG-worthy place that you shouldn’t miss.
Opens every Tuesdays to Sundays from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. For ticket prices visit their
Facebook page @Pinto.Art.Museum.officialpage.

2 Try out Antipolo’s special delicacies
Your eyes will not only be filled with beautiful sights but your tummy will be full too.
Antipolo is best for “Pasalubong Desserts” such as Suman and Kasoy and it is better to enjoy these foods during Antipolo’s SUMAKAH Festival an acronym for Suman, Mangga, Kasoy and Hamaka. The festival is celebrated every 1 st of May. You will not only get a taste of Antipolo but get a glimpse of its history too.
Visit Antipolo Pasalubong Center to get a taste of Antipolo’s delicacies.

3 Get a blast from the past with Antipolo’s Cathedral
Your trip to Antipolo won’t be complete without visiting the Antipolo Cathedral. Still
standing since 1591, the church houses the image of Nuestra Senora de la Paz y Buen Viaje, a 17th-century Roman Catholic wooden image of the Blessed Virgin Mary and was brought to the country by Governor-General Juan Niño de Tabora in 1626.
Take time to visit this place, may be for religious means and replenish your faith or simply to see its golden beauty.
